Top: peregrine falcon and harpy eagle

Bottom: bald aegle, goshawk and sparrowhawk

this one is hard umm californian condor,coopers hawk,king vulture,lapped vulture and osprey

Turkey Vulture, red-shouldered hawk (maybe common buzzard?) california condor, griffon vulture, and some kind of accipiter for the last?

Well for my part, I'd just about worked out they may all be raptor skulls.
