Bird Flu (AI) will not effect you at the moment from flying your bird so long as you fly alone (one bird) you can take other people out with you but they must not fly birds with you unless you have a licence from DEFRA SVS to hold a gathering

No but all you have to do is contact your local DEFRA office by phone and ask them to send you out the parerwork. Simple as that
