Sorry Sean, the pics aren't too clear; if its white spots or flecks, it is usually mixy, but from the pics. yellow blotches is VHD. Maybe Sprout of one of the other vets will give you a better 'diagnosis'.
If its mixy, then yes its safe to feed but VHD I personally wouldn't.

its streaking lines, with patches of white over the liver, the rabbits head was fine looking, and i fed rolf of the neck yesterday, but what about worms, are u sure it aint that? cos he was 1;b 8oz, very high, when he caught it, but was 1lb 6.7oz this evening. spose he may have had a big pellet from kill on saturday, or maybe he lost alot of weight ut flying in the cold yesterday, was also well below zero last night? just a lil concerned :(

I wouldn't feed any organs that looked diseased to any hawk, the rabbit meat will be fine.

looks like coccidia. Some rabbit's species infect the liver instead of the intestines. Anyway, the pics are not great so I would need closer look to confirm.

Would you eat it Sean???? Then don't feed it the hawk (and before you all ask YES, rabbit liver and kidney with smoked bacon is a BLOODY GOOD breakfast)

i was worried incase it coudl be worms thoo, because hes already had a feed of the rabbit. it was caught in a bog, near a shuck, which im told is brilliant places for liver fluke lol :(
