Second year, German Goshawk which did not moult the feathers on the shoulders and the outer tailfeathers yet.
It is a shame that the first year tailfeathers are hard te see but seem very pale, which could indicate it is a male Accipiter gentilis albidus.

this bird is in full adult plumage i believe. its 1.5 years old.
not a german gos or albicus.
