Just an excuse to post some of your favourite photos, but only of what you would consider to be a prime example of what that bird should look like.

I'll kick off with one of the most difficult, the gos.

Im not too bothered how a hawk looks so long as it is an accipiter!

I concern myself with how it flys not how it looks

just any example will do, why does it have to be your own bird? Obviously its how the hawk hunts that counts, but this thread is about lookers. Or ones that look like a true hunter.

A good way of getting some amazing examples of almost any raptor is to go to http://www.birdforum.net - sign up, got to the gallery page and do a search for any species you care to think of and you will get some amazing (and some pretty mediocre) pictures of wild rators - I've been collecting a database of pictures for a couple of years and keep having to delete a few to keep the best 20-30 of each species. It's well worth a look.

That's a cracking looking tiercel you've got there - I'm sure a few of us would like to see more of him now you've got the re-sizing sorted!
