Hello everyone....especially to the southerners...My names Abul and I am a newbie to the famous and fabulous art of falconry.....
I am currently own/training a 05 FHH and she is a wonderful bird...very calm and she is adorable.......
I would like to hear from fellow falconers in the south and around London area so I can build up a contact list of people available for advice and hands on experience.........and days out on hunts........so if you've got the time and patients for a newbiew to this art please get in touch.....
it'll also be interesting to know how many falconers are based around the south..
Thanks for reading this thread and hope to hear from you.

Hi Steve,
the short answer is I haven't flown her free yet. Iam still in the early stages of training on creance.....having said that there's plenty of space near Daggenham and Barking area and I am based in Beckton. So a ten minute drive will get me to most open lands......
What about you......where do you fly your bird and what type of bird do fly.....

Hi Terry.
i havent got the exact location yet, but will find out soon. I'd love to pay a visit and see how things are at your end. As I am new to the game I am very keen on learning and observing how things get done in the world of falconry. Anyway PM me your contact number and I'd give you a bell and get some directions to see if I can pop down either Thursday or the next time I am free!
cheers. chat soon

So where are all the southerners then? I've had very few responses from southerners. Have we been outnumbered by the northerners or are we too shy to speak out and introduce ourselves? Come on tell us who you are!!
