Mine finished yesterday, still feather perfect but lucky still to be alive. 6 collisions with fences and one car during the season, hit a fence last night and I decided my luck couldn't continue  .

We shut down our season early to get the birds (goshawks) into the breeding chambers, and we still haven't gotten there. Ms Havco and Cronus are in adjacent chambers and kind of turn each other on, but they both really want ME! Anyway, Cronus is now mounting the hand but not yet giving up any semen. Ms Havoc is flaring and bowing and has finally lost all the feathers around her cloaca. I'm hoping to get the goods in the next day or two to catch the first egg, but it's hard to say. Becky's bird, Desire, is displaying for her now, too. My brown tiercel, Billy Bob hasn't figured it out yet; probably should have kept hunting with him for another month or so.

Here's a picture of Cronus flaring and Ms Havoc raising Billy Bob last year.
