He is down for the moult now

That is it for this season, I have put Ash down for the moult now & just feed him 3 rats & a quail today.
I have been pleased with him & this season has been his 2nd & i have got him onto feather.
I have been out with Juzzer, Bigjoe & owlsfoot hunting.
We have had some good days & now it is time for Ash to rest & moult out for next season.

lets hope the moult goes fast :) im planning to fly rolf untill next weekend, then heading of for a fishing weekend, but hes coming too, will try him on the lamp for the first time, and if he doesnt catch, will fly during the day on sunday, want to end the season with a big big crop up of his last kill :D

No worries Paul...I regard you & Joe as good mates & We will be out in force again mate.

Time start fishing again...not fished for a good 20 years & just spent £250 on all new course fishing gear....will buy a fly rod in a few weeks as well.
