If I'm boring you then you don't have to read this, for all other newcomers to this sport, "High this is Frank and Tessa's short story. 5 weeks today Tessa came to my possesion. She was fat, slow and not the least bit interested. I have been working with her, manning, short line work, "you know the sort of thing". Then the best bit of advice came from a fellow falconer on this forum and I have made huge progress,(Rather Tessa has). The advice was to find someone local to me (a mentor) and show him Tessa. He gave me wonderful advice and dosen't mind me ringing him asking for more. He has been great and we are becoming good friends. So my first bit of advice to any other newie. Get your self a mentor (with patients) like I haveand you will not look back. The rewards that come from succsessful training are fantastic.
:drinkers: :drinkers: :drinkers: I can't remember the name of the Falconer who gave me this advice but if you can remember who you are Thank you so much and have a good drink this weekend.
Cheers

Frank
