Hi Mick,
The commercial transfer for a gos is prohibited by the French law. One needs an authorization of transport solicited by the stockbreeder near the prefect of the place of breeding. Any noncommercial transfer must be accompanied by a certificate of transfer which proves the origin of the bird. The raptors used for falconry must be recorded with the central databases of the police force of the National office of Hunting and Wild Fauna.
I hope to have answered your question:?:
