I know they aren't birds of prey and I don't know if this is the right section but would anyone be interested in homing two cock budgies to go in an aviary?

Hi Mate, I dont really want them but if youre really stuck I could put up in the Cockatiel aviaries.
Could I suggest you perhaps try and find a budgie forum and try there first before I will take them off you.
Budgies are very popular with people who keep budgies, but I'd be surprised if you found anyone on here who's really interested in them.
If it was a white faced cockatiel I'd be down the motorway now with money in my hand, but a bidgie just doesnt have that draw.
Oh and dont write the budgie off just because you put it with a BOP. I had a Regents Parrot (rockpebbler) that I used to fly free.
He seemed to attract sparrohawks more than any bird I've flown free (Cockatiels, African Grey, Kakariki).
He escaped from 3 sparrowhawk attacks. Once a male sparrowhawk tailchased him for a good half mile and only gave up when he flew back to me.
Sadly I lost him last year at age 6 to a cat :-(
The worst part is I rescued the bloody cat from a fox the other night before I realised which cat it was. If I'd known at 3:30 am which cat foxyloxy had cornered I would have taken great delight in waking its owner to return the carcass.
At least the Harris hawk who replaced little harry as my free flight bird doesnt have any problem with cats bothering her.
