Just a quick note to introduce myself and say hello to everyone,Ive been interested in Falconry since I was a kid , and one day I will take the plunge and buy a bird of my own but at the moment I have enough on my plate raising a family and juggling a degree at the same time,I keep and work ferrets, and my other hobbies include fly fishing.Had a day out down at Cheshire Falconry last year paid for by the wife and had a fantastic time. Its good to log on this site as there seems to be quite a lot of experienced people on here and its great to here their views, Keep up the good work Haggis

With a name like Haggis I assume you are north of the border - or are you pretending to be? ;)
What bird are you wanting to get when you finally "take the plunge"?

Not to sure, I would like to give a bird as much of my time as possible to be fair on it, so that means college work over first, and I hope to do a falconry course first,PS You are not going to savage me again are you?
