Can't upload avator

Hi, Does anyone know how to set a pic as your avator. I have tried loads of stuff and even tried the pic with as low as 6.6kb and still couldn't upload. Is there a problem at the mo. Thanks Jakki

Have tried to upload again and no joy:( still tells me unable to save avator:confused:

I had the same problem. I re-sized the pic to 80 x 60 but was still unable to save it.

what was the error message? also what type of file were you trying to use? (jpeg,gif,etc) also was it an image you were uploading off your pc?

Sorry, had to got to work.

The message that comes back is "Unable to save Avatar". It's a Jpeg file which I had previously resized to 80 X 60.

Thanks for that Sparrow. Have changed the pic to gif and it is only 32kb but still not happening :cry:

but i now get the message (cant upload avatar) they are 80 or smaller

Just tried gif file and got same answer, cant upload avatar, ?
