Hi eveytime i try and log into the chat room my pc crashes i have done eveything it asks me to do but still no joy in getting in there i am not very pc minded so please keep instructions simple please for a simple man thank you ...

have you tried to reboot then goto chat?

Yes Mass tried rebooting the same thing happens crashes my pc....

will try and go into chat now it will close my pc down for sure but still will try...

Might want to try to reinstall the Macromedia flash pluggin for you web browser.

As you can see it booted me now have another problem this as comes up when pc comes back on Internal Error 2318.C:\Program Files\Common Files\Command Software\rescue.dat will not configure Authentium either it as froze whilst Gathering required information....

Well....I am not a puter geek tho I play one online...But I would say you have probs with either a virus or adware/spyware, if reinstalling the flashplayer doesn't work.
