Do you know if the bird has any equipment on , bells, jesses or telemetry etc ?

I spotted a Harris in Swansea twice over the last week or so, first time was less than a mile from my home, came down over the road in frount of me. It was too quick to tell if had any kit on though, the second time was last Monday, she was quiet high just soaring but definately a Harris!
