So ive joined today had some great responses ( thank you all very much) im wondering if there is someone near me, who could perhaps just let me view or hold there bird, and talk to me in person about them.
Im after any tips on training feeding housing etc.
let me know your thoughts folks
all answers greatly appreciated

There is a BFC meet on the first Monday of ever month. The Swan at thornbury you can meet loads of ppl there mate.

Yes about 7.30 til late get some to drive for you cause we get very drunk...:lol: :lol:

all mine are in moulting mate but when the season arrives you can come out ...always do with another ferreter:lol: keep your eyes in the sky there was a loose goldie down your way in the week

that sounds fine to me but my sons got running on a monday night doesnt finish till 8.30 !
ill try my very best to come even if i have to drink lemonade lol

sounds great m8! i used to do loads of ferreting when i was a wee lad ! thatll bring back some memories

myself and tucker are thinking of joining that region of the bfc - mainly for the field meets. not many in our club interested in getting out on meets. just one meet last year.
is it a busy region?
any idea how many goshawk meets they are likely to have next season?

Jason this region has only been going for about 5 meets but it will get bigger. Gos meets there are quite a few ppl flying Goshawks so i would Imagen we will have a few. But who No's if you join the club with Tucker thats two more on the list....

One more thing Jason it will properly only take 30 Min's to get to the pub...

Hi,i would like to join BFC,but dont no were it is our anyone that goes there.had a number of one member and till my pc went down and got wiped,cant get hold of him any more and cant think of his name.if anyone could help please.

Its the swan at almondsbury not Thornbury.....completely different pub (i know we went to the wrong one)
