Brilliant bit of kit from experience. It has its debunkers but I aint ever had a problem even with birds left unattended. My birds seem very content and I have found that feather condition is much better.

Make one, their not difficult - then the cost is pennies.

i was thinking about getting one for the garden, just in case of cats, better being up there than on a bow i reckon

I wouldn't put a bird out unsupervised if there are cats about the place. My cat has an annoying habit of showing up if my HH is put out to weather.

I Have Never Used One, But I Would Not Rule Out Doing So.

When manning my MHH last season he was nervous when approached on his bow perch, I started to use a post perch and he was fine.

I remember seeing a good pic somewhere of Hawkmans69 female Gos laying down on one. The posts do seem a very good idea, gives the bird more confidence being higher off the ground.
