90% of the falconers I know just feed chick
You are doing it spot on Tom, I have moulted birds on a chick only diet before and it just takes longer :yawinkle:
Nobody wants that

Hi tom, if you vary your birds diet with chicks, rabbit, quail and rat, you cannot go wrong, when moulting and breading my birds, i try avoiding chick, as it doesnt hold a great deal of goodness, try using a vitamin suplement from raptor, this will help your bird through the moult, also if you can get hold of a local dear stalker in your area, arange to buy i dear or part of a dear of him as this is fantastic meat for your bird, and can if your nice enough to you stalker, work out quite cheap for you too, i tend to buy a whole dear for 15 quid, but thats if i cut it up and skin it!?!?! you will know when youve fed your bird too much chick as its feet will go orange, and i mean orange!!
hope this is usefull to you stu
