Here is a proposal for the members.
It will raise funds for the site and make one or more people lucky winners every week. We can also have two draws if things are good, Wednesdays and Saturdays?

Here is how it will work?

Choose a number 1 to 49
Pay £1, by Cash, Cheque, Paypal or Nochex
Once all numbers are taken, we play the next draw
The Bonus Ball drawn, is the winning number!
The person that chose that number gets paid a some of money from the £49 taken?Everyone like the idea?
What do we need to change?
How much is to be paid out?

Erm.. sorry to be negative but!
1 - we're not licensed to run a gambling club. All it takes is one complaint and we're toast.
2 - paypal/nochex will make more money than the forum!
3 - what if there's less than 49 people? would it be better to pay out a percentage of the pot?
4 - be better if people have a sort of virtual accounts so we don't shift cash around every week, pay in a lump sum at the start of real cash and convert into credits

Good points, but it ain't gambling its a sindicate! would need to set up terms and conditions tho, might be something on camelots website

Would if make a difference if is was in a members only restricted area and we have advanced cash or cheque payments and then use the credits system?

I like the 45 NUMBERS Too:supz: Harris you are on a roll tonight boyO

Oh I missed that, the syndicate actually plays on the lotto?
What would happen if syndicate wins the jackpot?!

We all but Golden Eagles and a Peragrine and move to Scotland lol

£40 odd quids not really worth it though is it? why not try a hundred club? or find out how many people are interested on a regular basis! then charge a quid or more a head and draw numbers relevant to the numbers of people involved? make it worthwhile and people will be interested.

i would prefer a £5 or £10 bet each time then the jackpot is worth winning, it could still be played every week just by different people

Not sure what he's thinking, but a raffle could be good idea - might help get around the lotto regs too?

would the bonus ball not be on a par as doing a sweep on the national?

we do both at work see and we have no licences.... and both were printed in the national papers
