We usually leave the cage open and he sits on the perch at the top, but we had to shut him in his cage for a day (it is a big cage) and at the end of the day we noticed this feather, its sticking out about 45 degrees. but has been like this 4 days. It doesnt seem to bother him...he may have been playing up objecting to being shut in, and damaged it. Will it go back, should we try to put it back or does it need removing?

Exanine the feather yourself. Is it broken?? Where?? If in doubt take it to your avian vet. (Who is that by the way??)
