Hi All
**This thread is being put up again as it dissapeared after a server upgrade?
I received my new "GameHawker" glove from Julian (ScreamingJay) a couple of weeks ago and I think its excellent.
Julian and I had a conversation about Gamehawking gloves a year ago and I described what most of us use here in the midlands for the average falcon.... as you can see from the photo below ...my old glove is very similar (leather riding glove). Big bulky gloves with long cuffs and huge tassles and shiny bits are a bit impractical. A "Short cuff" is all that was needed and Jumper and Jacket sleeves can tuck in with ease; also compact enough to shove into your pocket. The colour of the glove has its benefits as well....if dropped in the field it can be easily found due to its high visibility and is also a good aid to calling your falcon across if a bit wide. Julian took my conversation about gloves (and other peoples as well) and came up with the Gamehawker Glove. It ticks every box in my book.... a no nonsense practical glove that is robust yet supple enough for you to feel the falcon through it. The price reflects the quality.... A1. Needless to say that I will only be using this glove from now on! Thanks Julian :)
