At what weight do you normally fly her at??
my female harris is taking time to moult out. only had down and contour feathers drop out of her and she's been down for about the same time as yours...
I've put my harris up to about 2lb 7 - her flying weight is 2lb 4 - 2lb 5 and her hunting weight is about 2lb 2 - 3.
In my experience it usually takes a bird more time to moult out in her first moult so i wouldn't be too worried.
Do you have her teathered or free lofted?
Also, have you changed her daily routine? Changing her daily routine usually brings on a good moult too, increasing daylight, what time she gets fed etc...
Good variety of food is good for the moult too

any truth in the idea that the bird should be kept at flying weight until moult starts and then pushed up in weight. Picked this up from a bloke but not sure about it. My Harris is 2oz. above flying weight but not moulting. Very relaxed bird. I thought weather was as important as anything else. Friends Harris' is spitting feathers out! This was roughly the same last year, but once mine got going she was very quick to get through it.

i would say stick the weight up as it does have effect on the moult,as if i hold mine just above he doesnt moult well at all ?? but if his weight is upped it kick starts his moult

he he, my harris (05) is nearing finishing moulting her tail, after that its just a few more sets of primaries to go! She's moulting about 3lb 5 ATM, but I want to put her up abit further, I stil think she's lower then she should be.
Pull out 12 chicks and let her have as many as she wants for a few days, 2lb 2 sounds small unless she's on of the smaller hh's. Good luck with her!

Sounds like you are doing well Sean - I've had 2 body feathers so far from my harris and the ferru hasn't started either, but has naffed up her tail sitting on her nest  I'm hoping for an indian summer, then atleast I can keep riding the bike while the hawks finish moulting!!
