Hiya mate, that could be a very long list! don't even think about buying anything untill you have some experience and have read a few books, you have a fair way to go before even thinking about buying anything. sorry if this sounds a bit negative, but once you have a better understanding of the equipment and its useage only then can you think about what you need.

hi m8 read a few books then post on here to see if you can link up with someone local for the season once it starts again ??? so you have plenty of time to get to know a few people off here and im sure if theres someone on here local to you they will let you tag along ?? if you can do this im sure you will be allowed some hands on exsperience with a bop ?? then if you have the time and enjoy the sport you can start to gather the equipment required and get yourself a mews built , but remember those who rush end up regretting it and saying wish i would have waited ?? cheers dave

Hi there Danny and welcome!

Thanks for completing your Public Profile. Get yourself on the Googlemap and that way you can also see who lives near you that may be able to help?

Best bet is to start reading this section:
http://www.falconryforum.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=137

Hope that helps?

Paul
PS How did you come across the site?

All you require is several people who will let you tag on to them next winter and help carry stuff. A desire to learn, a few books, a good pair of walking boots, strong bramble and wire proof old dark clothes, if you are feeling rich a thumb stick!!!
Then just get out with any one who will put up with you, look watch, learn and ask as many questions as they will put up with (but not when the ferrets down the hole  )
Hope you find a good mentor in your area...that is your best bet !!!!
