not with a different pc. have 3 in the house right now; if I logged on with all 3, I could use this one on my normal name, and the other 2 as different people could I not?

No Clive, all your puters on your network would have the same IP on the net as you share an internet connection.

Within the discipline of Psychotherapy there is a psychodynamic term known as 'passive aggressive' which is used to describe the type of personality who is not able to acknowledge their own aggressive impulses, but who constantly creates scenarios which result in the people around them becoming aggressive. They then perceive themselves to be a 'victim' of the agression which they have unleashed as it usually ends up being directed towards themselves. I suppose that getting rid of the person who makes you feel like thatis one answer, and it's an answer thats been used before on this site. My preference would be to take personal responsibility for the fact that they can only wind me up if I allow them to. A couple of recent threads have made me quite uncomfortable with their 'get em' collusive witch hunt mentality....even if the underlying objections have been quite valid. There have been threads which I have found mind blowingly offensive personally, but others seem to have found acceptable or even funny and I'm not certain how closely that relates to the very obvious friendship network here. I don't think that banning people or grouping together to demand that certain individuals are banned is the answer....anyway if there was a poll to ask who you would most like to get rid of then would this man be at the top of your list?

Personally I think that he just loves all the attention that he is getting from us................
I also think that he is billy no-mates in the real world so this is the reason that he likes to wind people up on here and be the centre of attention............Just a thought.....:-P
