Quite a lot? A good few years ago I ripped the front wing on a Series III while reversing a horse trailer through a narrow gateway. Repaired the damage with a sheet of ally and pop rivets and then, due to the lack of a suitable green paint, covered the repair with black Hammerite. It looked awful; but even London taxi drivers would not dare to cut me up! :D

I was quoted about £1500 for my 110 keeping it the colour it is. I am very tempted to get it sprayed with a flip paint though seen a lovely blue that changed to purple. Will see how much that costs when ready for it:roll:

deep bronze green is the colour all land rovers should be! synthetic paint and put it on with a roller..honestly the finish is really quite good...cheap but effective!

I can vouch for this :!:
I did a Rover SD1 a few years back with two pack black and a decent gloss roller, the level of finish was a shock and when it had been compounded it was top grade :supz:
