john chitty is proberbly the closest but i oftern go to my local if i know what i need an x ray or wormer if the problem is serious and they they can't deal they will refur to the specalist.

Hi. IF you open the link and scroll down and then it has a box for posts in the last and you can change how many days change it to a year and all the posts come up for that period there are threads there for different areas and vets. Hope it helps

There is NO avian vet that specialises in birds of prey within 15 minuites of stoke hammond, you will find that 9 times out of ten they will end up referring you to a specialist because they don't have the knowledge with BOP.

Find a decent Vet that specialises not the closest.

i am not looking at a map at the moment so forgive me for talking **** but is Bedford very far from where you live? Stuart Elliot at Scott and Partners....

I have already sent ropey joe a PM advising Stuart Elliot from scott & partners, hes a good bloke and knows his birds, I have used him a couple of times and always been happy with the result. I think Bedford is about a 40 minuite drive from stoke hammond, but well worth the journey, as he really is good.

definate there is is called ark vetinary surgeons and they are in leighton buzzard. they have dealt with owls and hawks b4.

Sorry mate I have deleted now but basically just said I have used Stuart Elliot (scott and partners) a few times as recommended by a good friend, Stuart has flown birds before and knows BOP really well and understands falconers as well.

How long have you lived in stoke hammond and where abouts in relation to the dolphin pub??
