hey greg,

cheers for that mate but i'd worked that bit out its just all my pics are like 1.6mb and 1.87mb not kb any idea how i get round this.

use a sharewear program like lime wire and download Adobe photoshop cs2.does the job on any size pic

You will have to reduce the size to under 97kb's for a Jpeg image. Here is a good resizer if you don't have one.
