Hi Graham,
Try getting her to take moving carcasses.
I take it you used a crow wing lure? Which she takes no problem?
If she'll take the moving carcass how have you tried entering her on crows so far?
Make her entry to them as easy as possible, hopefully a lone bird, with as much advantage as you can give her, but obviously she needs to show real interest in chasing the carcass first.
Can you get access onto your flying permission in a car?

Hi, yes i have tried her out the car window, Hopefully this season patience will prevail and i will get the chance to see some good flights when she is fit again.

Good luck, if she understands Crows are worth chasing for food, and the setups right she ought to do it.
