Tail bell mount

Is there someone who can explain me how you mount your tail bell in the UK?
Also, what are for you the advantage of this method?

I am a french austringer/falconer, and in France we only use leg bells.

French may have invented this method but we no longer use it.... For french austringers, there are too much risk with tail mount to lose the bell and the feather in a poursuit.
