Hi
Sky F/H is well into Midway:) .
Storm M/H did seem to get of to a good start but he has slowed right down.
Thermo M/RT and Blue the male Ferruginous well they pair have only dropped a couple of tail feathers.
And all the birds get a diet of Quail,Venison,Rabbit and doc and vitamins on there food daily.
British weather:evil:

tail seems to of nearly disappeared with just a few left to drop and 3 new ones about 3" now. Primaries don't seem to be doing much just dozens (it seems) of secondaries falling. Exciting to see the nice new red tail :supz:

Terra-Dea ~ FHH :- few primaries, two decks, loads of contours.

Osiris ~ Lanneret :- one deck, loads of contours, couple primaries.

Boo ~ MEEO :- Contours...

Slow start to their first moult, which i expected really, but speeding up slightly now

Just to defy convention (rather like his owner) the harris has dropped 4 secondaries, one deck feather and one outer tail feather.

The ferru has dropped a few, but has gone into feather eating overdrive this year, and I have yet to actually get any before she has chewed them to bits.

5 tail (Including the decks)
2 primaries

shed loads of coverts and contours

She's looking a right scruffy ****** she seems to have slowed down a little recently after a late start. I'm sure she'll catch up tho :-D

I do not count the feathers they drop. But one of the female spars and the female altai saker falcon are quite far now. The other spar takes some more time, but fortunately that is the one I will not hunt with at least not as much as with the other 2 BOP. I already chose the spar who is furthest with moult based on character and so, and luckely she is much further in moult. Better for each year.

rolf has only one immature tail feather left :D that should be dropping very soon and the other dropped yesterday. problem is some of my feathers were binned by mistake, so how do you guys know if a bird has completed its moult? i could see when the tails finnished but not the wings.
thanks

Still the slowest moult I've known.....Male hh has outside tail feathers coming down 2/3rds of way & one deck 1/3rd of way. First time Ive seen that order!!!! Female seems to be outer tails only 1/3rd of way down but tricky to see! I look at them every day hoping they'll finish aaaahhh!
I was hoping to have the male out by now! no chance.
