Hi guys my skool is going on at us about work experience and with not having a clue what i want to do in later life i thought i might aswell see if i can do something with birds of prey as my work experience:) Is there anything i can do?:) :)

You could try contacting local 'Falconry' Centres, and bird control firms. See http://www.birdsolutions.co.uk/ They may have a contract in your area. Remember to liase with your teacher before making any personal contact with anyone. Stay safe.

You could come down to Bristol. There are loads of avairys you can clean down here mate. Only joking ring your local centre see if they can help you. All the best...

go for it if thats what you want to do in life besides their is no point doing work experience somewhere you dont like the only problem might be insurance dont no wether you will be covered some on here will probably put me right

most centres are very helpful, thy all need cleaners lol
ive got a summer placement down at exmoor, but sent emails to loads of people and 99.9% replied

had a young man on a small animal course, he came here 2 days a week. It was meant to be work experience, but he came weekends too and therefore spent 4 days a week all winter out hawking with us, the ferrets and the dogs. So you have to shop around :lol:
