Most of the main texts have patterns for jesses and anklets. Personally I cut a blank for an anklet and measure up when the hawk is cast, then make the anklets up on the spot.
For a spar, you wont go wrong with the patterns in Liam O'Brians book A Manual for Hawking, he has patterns for jesses and hoods as well as a glove.

Hoods...could be bit of fun to try making them. But fact is it is very important to have an excellent fit with hoods! And they are not easy to make. Certainly not for someone who can not even make jesses without having a pattern for them and the anklets. No offence, but that is just how it is.
I would advice you to buy the hood(w) at M-J hoods! Griff makes excellent hoods, especially his slijper hoods make perfect fit. They are great.
Jesses and anklets you should be able to make yourself actually..i suppose..but if not there are enough falconers here having a HH or spar. I myself have 2 spars. For now i use some false aylmeri on both of them. I am not that good in scanning patterns. But might try this week.
