Once registered with IBR and you get your ring what else do you get are they now also registering transceivers for telemetry; and how do you fit the ring is it an open ring which you use a tool to close it?

The tool you use are your fingers, they are only made from an alloy,
If you need to use a pair of pliers to just nip up, but do be careful!

ask your breeder what rings he will be putting on it, he will probually put a ibr on it anyway mate, then you just phone them with the ring number and register
