as above looking at small 4x4 for me birds and my missus as she doesnt want a big 4x4
which would u recommend and if any one has had any of them
they will be about a year to three years old max which ever model and deisel

bosses wife is on her 3rd rav 4 , what i see about them is there aint a lot of room in the boot area...mind you it may be down to the model of rav4 they have....
quite liked the look of the crv...seems like more room...
you should also contact saker clive about what he has (cant remeber now)....but looks good for the money:!:

yup 5 door crv has more romm than 5 dr rav but thats all she likes them models
if was up to me id have a navara with top on bac lol

Missus has a CRV 2.0 petrol manual, good motor and not bad on fuel either.
She really likes it.

crv are **** off road but if you arent going to use it like a 4x4 fine i'v been to holland in one with a pal nice ride but have a look at the xtrail my mates is awsome and does loads to the gallon, regards mick.

I have used a crv at work for the last 5 years and found them to be nothing but solid and reliable. Recommend them to anyone:supz:

would only be going off road when we go scotland etc
but would have spare wheels with some good nobbley tyres on

i'd probbably go for the crv, i recon the build quality is better with the honda

been to see our freinds a old x reg don over 200 thou miles with no probs and boot space is good
so looks like new one fo these it is then 2.2cdti

i work at porshce and landrover in notts mate yes they quiet good about same boot space but **** reliablity wise as i worko n both like i say

go for a freelander mate the slightly bigger one u can get one for 4k nowadays and alot of space too

mate i woz gonna buy one but i spent the extra money modding my evo :D i felt ****ty afterwards , i should have gone for it
alot of space too at the back

it was a wind up m8, these engines overheat quicker than rover could make them.
I must take my hat of to the guys doing the advertising for landrover, they managed to get rid of all the backlog.
Do not touch one with a bargepole m8 unless it has a TD4 diesel lump.

k series petrol engine are utter garbage... and i like land rovers!
