im am getting a dimmer switch that simply plugs into the socket and then lamp is pluged into that

i will have a mess around finding the different tempratures with different settings

i will be keeping a chart of what setting and what heat it gives of and if there is any colder or hotter spots ect

cheers:supz:

im not trying to **** on your bonfire...infact i am very interested in getting this to work...
However using a dimmer switch:rolleyes: how will this compensate for accuall daytime tempretures aswell?
all must be factors in maintaining a constant temp?

and rember to put tin foil around where the bulb sits so the tub wont melt and keep it in a dark place with a little tub of water, but if its quail eggs they dont have to have water in,

i have a 60w bulb and a 25w for when the temp changes with the hot weather and the night time. etc........

you dont have to keep the right temp constant you can allow for it to vary. round about 37.5 a few degrees higher or lower is ok....
