hello my name is rod i have flown birds since i was 14,kestrel,s buzzard harris hawk,that have all been flown successful,i have now got a gyr x praire untouched he,s 2005 i have had him 3 weeks and he,s coming on great.

love gyr/praries - great birds. I looked after a male who was absolute dynamite lol. ATB and looking forward 2 the pics! What weight is he? Who was he bred by?

Hi Rod,

Just picked up my second male Gyr x Prairie. I love these falcons. Thay are so angry, you really feel conected to them once they are manned up. Blinding on Duck and perform very well on corvids. Is this your first G x P? What are you planning on flying at? Have fun with mate, take your time. You wont be disapointed with their strong heart and quick speed. Oh bang some pics up mate, I'm putting my up in a couple of days.
