Don't know how you all cut your anklets, but I got this made up at work. Basically its just a bit of cutting rule that's formed to the correct radius, I put a wooden block on top and thump it once with a hammer, turn it round to the correct length and hit it again.. job done..
Anyone got anything better, I have heard people having dies made up to the exact profile?

I scribe around a template on the skin side of the leather and cut this line with a scalpel.

Ever tried cutting length wise along the centre line of a tube of steel and removing one side of the cut ?????
1/2 a hole cutter in effect ..
easy peasy

you cant get half a hole  pmsl but i know where you are coming from.
i use a stanley blade and the rounded end of an engineers 12" ruler.
the ruler also happens to be the correct width for HH anklets :yawinkle:

I mainly use a straight rule and round the ends using a coin the appropriate size.
Also have a stainless steel tube of 6 inch diameter that has been squashed to size and that works for a tiercel peregrine, the cutting end if sharpened and the same method is used as above whack it with a block of wood.
