they never made the lake ben , i just bought them from the guy driving the truck ,, lol

anyone can catch stocked rainbows in scotland, do me a vavour brian and try some real scotish fishing, i stayed in inverness for fourteen years, fishing the local pond with a penal rigged double cow, trying for the monster, never got a bite, don't talk to me about fishing. L.O.L

Well if you ever have one piece of advice about 'truck caught fish' it is this.............................fry it WITH LOADS of garlic otherwise it is a bit bland!!!!!

Up in Scotland the fish tend to start off small then grow bigger, just can't seem to get it through to them to leave the hooks until they grow up. ;-)

try bigger baits. bigger baits bigger fish. welll thats what they say?.usally the smalll fish just nibble away at big baits untill there smalll enought for them to get it it to there mouths. welll thats what ive found.:roll:

how else would you get them??
whats best tho , dying back one s, new growth , big clumps , wet , dry etc?
