Have you tried a slightly larger glove, (so that circulation is not restricted) and a pure silk inner glove, as used by motorcyclists?
This combination may give you the warmth you need, without compromising dexterity?

I would avoid a fur lined one, as no matter how hard you try it will end up manky inside!

Why not try using either a silk or thermal glove liner?...you can buy these from outdoor sports shops or biker clothing shops, as both skiers and bikers wear them under their gloves. They are washable and easy to replace if lost in the field.

Best solution is go down to your local Army & Navy Store.... miltary clothing supplies and ask for "NBC Glove inners" they will keep your hand warm on a cold winters day inside the glove.... very cheep :D when they get too grotty just wash them or throw away.... they are just white cotton gloves .....but do the job!

Also thinking about it - if you can, go for an elk skin glove as well, I find mine very warm in the winter, much warmer than buck skin.
