Hey, thought i'd share with you a comparison photo of my Lanneret from before and after his first moult. Looks amazing if I don't say so myself :P
Just starting to get him going again! Hasn't lost any of his characteristics he showed before going into moult...
Would be good to see others comparisons too :D
Cheers, Jamie

Hi O
Considering how dark she was ...... she has come out pale.... the difference is marked.

Cheers guys, I too thought he would have been slightly darker in plumage than what he is now. Not complaining though as he is a stunner! lol
Can't wait to see others comparisons ;)

How long before the moult was the first picture taken? I only ask as his feet and cere are blue and a few months later they're yellow!!!
My Saker took a good 18 months before her feet and cere changed.:yawinkle:

Hi O
I would say he is "ERLANGERI" as a subspecies.... North West Africa in his heritage :)

Hey m8, pic was taken a few months before the moult, probably round about december. Quite suprised myself of how quickly his cere and feet are yellow so soon.

:supz: she is; she was flying from 1lb. 15oz. - 2lb. 1/2oz. prior to putting her up for the moult this year. The breeder has since passed on her parents to one of the members on here but can't remember his log in name. He did have 5 young this year aswell.
To date, I've only really flown her for pleasure but she is showing more and more interest in rabbits.
