my f/harris passed a green pellet i only got her on the 14th october and she is not eating much as she is being manned down she is fed on doc shin of beef and quail she seems ok in herself is this green pellet a result of the shock she got being caught and jessed up all advice apprecatred:supz:

Its just bile m8,as shes lower in weight now;)

you will find also that when she discharges from the other end, what was formerly black and white will become more green and white, tis normal whilst your bird is at fighting weight.
make sure though that your bird is not permanently at this weight, i like to give my bird a full crop of rabbit at least once a week, it stretches the crop, ensures the bird has a healthy appetite and keeps the old digestive system working correctly.
just my opinion

thank you both for your replies she has just started jumping the full lenth of the leash so she had a full crop today thank you:yawinkle: :supz:

This forum is great. I was just about to ask why my FHH had thrown a green pellet! No need to ask it is all on here if you search.

First time out (Away from home) on the creance this morning, 30 feet instantly, very pleased but was a little worred about the green cast until now:D
