My dear chap, my own frame has a perch, a small portable fridge for hawk food, hooks to hang binoculars, my hat, resuscitation equipment and the like, and a small waterproof compatment containing a note pad on which are the phone numbers of my nurse, doctor, lawyer, and so on.
