Is there anywhere in the EU that has a legal heron take for falconry? Do any foreign falconers pursue this flight and what with? Just interested.

My mate here took a Blue Heron with a Female White Russian Gos.
I slipped my FHH at one, and she changed course, about 2 feet off the fist!

I've seen videos of Gyrs and Gyr hybrids being used. I've heard of peregrines taking them too.

seems if you could get the licence , why not!
