Thanks guys it still hurts , you no the worst of it is , its not knowing , most people on the forum will already no the history , heres to any that dont , after along gull flight in slightly to windy conditions i lost site of her , lost the signal then picked it up, i was convinced she was down on her gull if she went out of sight it wasnt long before shed bring a gull down she was flown every day , weather permiting and she became very good at it even blanking crows , as i walked into the now booming signal , both transmiters stopped, marshall, powermax on the tail , rt,plus on the leg , not a power box for agood way , no pylons , walked the ground , spoke to 2 local falcon friendly , gamekeepers , nothing , its been 5 weeks now , mystery, local falconer phoned today sighting of a falcon close to were i lost her , but searched the area didnt see anything , a friend has lost the same type of falcon so its probably her, shes been out for weeks and is wild as hell, anyway thats me just going on , i am now flying a gyr, prairie, female , loose tomorrow, and a barbary/prairie tiercel , big bird for gulls, small for doves starlings, magpies , we will see, cheers , mark.
