Hi 1abhawker, the bird in the photos was flown for 3 seasons although last season i had a slipped disk operation , so was a non starter , she started killing crows at 1.15, then switched to gulls naturally , which isnt unusual as they quite often feed together, 3rd season she was flying at 2.1/1/2 oz, she killed 43 gulls this season , and caught 111 gulls and crows all told, i am out every day , these kills arnt on a landfill ,these are proper strong crows/gulls no disrepect but landfill crows are nowere near as challenging as proper hill crows , gulls are differant as they are flying in and out on a daily basis but crows are finding easier pickings and in general are easier to catch on tips, i have flown landfill crows in fact i was out with a friend today who flys a peri, saker , she started her career on a landfill site has had nearly 50, but is very choosy away from the tips prefuring to target flocks , so she can select a weaker one if they start to sky she gives up , the bird pictured was lost flying gulls 5 weeks ago , mark.
