In last weeks Cage & Aviary (which I don't often buy) - Pair of teenage Scottish Peregrines free to good home, suitable as foster parents. I left a message on their phone, but as no-one has got back to me, I assume the birds are gone.
I've been thinking of getting a Peregrine for painting from (See Art thread), but realistically, rightly or wrongly, she would be spending most of her time in a chamber/aviary. Maybe a waste of a good bird. Do teenage/old peregrines still look good - ie. would they still make a suitable model? Or do they start to show their age noticeably.
Did anyone else reply to the advert?
Keith.
