Texas Hawking Association Meet

Just got back from the THA meet and well, it was not as good as we would of liked due to the weather. It was 68 degrees there when we arrived....by that night, it was in the 20's and everything was covered with 1/2 inch of solid ice....This caused the bunnies to be a little difficult to flush as they where smarter than us by staying under deep cover. The Longwingers had a much better time at the meet as the ducks where easy to find on the now full ponds. Anyway, besides alot of drinking and world class raffle after the banquet, we had a great time with 150+ falconers from all over Texas and several from Florida too.
