just a quick one lol. was another cold one, rofl was 1lb 6. but in our favour, the moon wasnt up, tho wasnt completey dark. had some really good flights. one he hit and anchored in sheep fenching, i grabbed it through the fencing and knocked it off! :mad: the ****** tried and tried to get up the steep bank behind the fench, and eventually did :( was a real good flight to, was ****ed of at myself at that. but rolf didnt seem to care, chased the next few rabbits he seen. eventually got one along a fenchline, missed it 2 or three times before nailing it and getting a jockey ride for about 20 yards before he got it under control. wasnt really out that long, but the cold had gotton to me last night, and i felt **** about knocking him off the first.

just to show how cold it has been, a watering stone was complete frozen over, im a big fella, and i couldnt even cbreak it. tho did manage a crack lol :lol:

good stuff sean,always enjoyed lamping, only a few times with birds tho a male harris an a red tail good fun.

cheers guys :) yet another single kill feedup today. we hunted the farm i done teh other night there. wasnt easy, 4 hours and only bolted 2, strange as i seen a good few the other night lol. time to call it a day i think?

Having the same prob here m8 last week both our birds killed but were hard work out for 5hrs two rabbits plenty on the lamp
