i dont inspect it .
i dont feel the need .
i just wipe it off with a tissue .:lol:

what is the minimum magnification needed to inspect semen .
besides motility what else are you looking for ?

400x is all I use, it always me to ***** motility and rough semen content. I do have plans afoot though:yawinkle:

by rough semen content i assume you mean viable numbers ?
can anything else be seen in the sample either good or bad ?

Yeast cells, and fecaldebris are fairly common. Also what I have been informed are semi developed spermazota.

the lieica has a tri nocular head, which means the third eye piece, which is verticaly mounted takes the camera. so you can have the pics on the monitor, but wether a digial camera could take pics off the screen i don't know, but i will try for you

I do believe that last time she looked her specs were -3 diopters.
