No Royal Mail works fine by Psecial Delivery but I was more intereted in peoples methods of packing and preserving?:D

Had gos semen sent up by royal mail from Tunton to Newcastle, sent last post picked up from the depot 6 o’clock the next morning used at 10 o’clock viability was good.
Semen was sent up in a vacuum flask filled with chilled water the semen was in a straw with blue tack on each end. Alf.

Over the years, have worked out a system, Where it arrives as good as it leaves, Semen has been send all over the UK, its wierd have a Tiercel producing semen in Derby, and having young hatch out in Scotland. Again its by special delivery (next day).

i know with dogs the sprem ezoa is mixed with extender . put in a polystireine insulated box with cool packs and posted with a garented 24 hour postal service.
it gets to you, you slowly warm it up ,take a look uner the scope , if your happy whak it in with a glass tube .
63 days laer pup's .
im sure bop cant be much differant but i ready to learn if im worng.

Have had some in a flask with water but in an epindorf was fine. Also wrapped in tissue (epindorf) then soaked in water and inside a flask.
